Sam Bradner is Principal with the Peregrine Group, a real estate and advisory company based in Rumford, Rhode Island. Sam brings significant experience in both the private and public sectors focused in the real estate development industry including acquisition, debt and equity financing, oversight and management of design, construction and operations. Sam is one of the managing members of Scott’s Wharf LLC, which includes the Newport Yachting Center marina, four hospitality leases, on-site parking operations and the newly constructed Hammetts Wharf mixed-use project all in the center of Newport Harbor. His broad-based understanding of design, acquisition, contracting, and implementing major projects is most valuable in his Board role with OHPRI. Sam is a board member of Grow Smart Rhode Island, the Distributed Generation Board and the Providence Foundation and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the URI College of Arts and Sciences.
