When did you first fall in love with sailing? As a child, growing up in Mystic, Sailing on my friend's catboat.

What's the best part of your job? Pleasing the crew and guests with delicious healthy food. I love when they love what's cooking and baking!

Favorite place you've sailed to: Sailing around the islands of Italy and Sicily... one of the most beautiful places in the world.

What's your definition of a salad? A representation of seasonal organic greens and vegetables, drizzled with balsamic or sherry vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, fresh oregano, touch of garlic, pink Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper.
